Dropship automation plans and pricing.
Compare plans with no SKU caps, channel and supplier connections, and included monthly order credits. Imports use no credits; successful supplier submissions use 1 credit and own-warehouse-only submissions use 0.5 credits.
Can I disable a sales channel without deleting its setup?
Yes. Disable channel pauses new syncing and processing, preserves credentials, settings, mappings, and history, and frees its channel slot. Enable channel restores the saved setup, subject to active billing and an available slot. Work already in progress may finish. Disabling does not cancel supplier orders or automatically change paid subscription add-ons.
Which orders count toward my plan?
Imports use no order credits. Successful supplier submissions use 1 credit per customer order; own-warehouse-only submissions use 0.5 credits, including inventory syncing when enabled. Each submission round is capped at 1 credit across suppliers and warehouses.
What happens when I resubmit or retry an order?
Intentional resubmissions count again when successful: 1 credit for suppliers or 0.5 for own-warehouse-only fulfillment. Failed-attempt retries stay in the original round. Duplicate requests, failures, tracking updates, and additional shipments use no additional credits. Cancellation after successful submission does not reverse credits.
